The Halifax Pop Explosion had recently announced the addition of Zeds Dead, Keys N Krates and Jeremy Glenn to the festivals lineup. The event is entitled the Civic Garage Party, and is part of a run of 5 Honda backed shows that are being provided for free across the country.
Talk about a Toronto takeover….Arguably the biggest show of this years Halifax Pop Explosion will take place at the Palace on October 18th. Featuring Canadian Dubstep kings Zed's Dead, live remix mavericks Keys N Krates, and the disco-revivalist Jeremy Glenn, the Civic Garage looks to bring some of Toronto's finest electronic talents to Halifax for one special night.
Keys N Krates keyboard player David Matisse has been busy at work of late. KNK just finished up their summer tour, where they did both North American dates as well as some stops in Asia.
With the Electric Forest fast approaching I feel it necessary to relive some great memories with some of the acts headlining this great festival.
